Tabitha Ministry is a Christ-based 12-step program
specifically designed for women in their 30's and 40's.

 

Applicants need not be Christian, but they must be open to learning about the Christian faith. For one year, our residents are placed in a “bubble” of protection from the outside world so they can focus on healing from their pain.

 

Applicants must agree to the following terms during the 12-month residential program:

 

• No cell phones.

• No Internet access.

• No working outside our program.

• No driving.

• No romantic relationships.

• No drugs, alcohol, nicotine, or vaping.

• No Subutex, Suboxone, or Methadone.

• No outside financial support.

 

The Ministry transports residents to court, probation, and medical appointments. Limited prescription medications are permitted with preapproval. All basic needs are provided by the Ministry.

 

Our program is very active, so applicants must be able to climb stairs and have the physical stamina to work in our thrift store an average of 20 hours a week to meet our community service requirement. The program is not set up for children or pregnant women.
